2. Store self-pickup process
1. After payment, you can go to the store after the fifth working day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays) after the order status (about 2-3 working days) changes from "Processing" to "Completed" self pick up
2. Please provide the recipient's phone number and order number when picking up
3. After the goods arrive at the branch, they must be picked up within four days, and a storage fee of $10/day will be charged if the product is overdue
4. If the goods are overdue for more than 14 days and have not been picked up, the store will directly cancel the order, and will not arrange a refund or give any prior notice
5. If you have any questions (including but not limited to product problems/wrong or missing products/out of stock and need a refund), please contact the website customer service within 3 days after picking up the order, and the store/Facebook/IG Message cannot be processed/ Follow up, everything is subject to the website customer service reply, no return or exchange will be accepted for any reason after 3 days
6. The pick-up date at the store cannot be specified/earlier/delayed
3. CALL4VAN Delivery
1. You can choose CALL4VAN to deliver to the designated address
2. The charge is based on weight, HK$40 for less than 5kg, HK$70 for 5-10kg, and HK$90 for more than 10kg. The shipping fee is subject to the current information displayed on this website
3. Shipping costs and any additional fees, including but not limited to re-delivery due to incorrect information entered by the customer, are the responsibility of the buyer
4. You can enjoy CALL4VAN free shipping when you spend over HK$600 in a single transaction
5. If there is a remote area, the customer will be contacted in advance to inform the customer that a surcharge will be charged* starting from $40 (depending on the area)
6. If you need to deliver the goods by stairs, you will contact the customer in advance to inform the customer of the surcharge for going upstairs (depending on the weight of the package), and the customer will pay directly
7. If the customer needs to change the address and delivery time, they can directly contact CALL4VAN customer service at 69904588 (whatsapp or phone calls are acceptable) during office hours, or contact customer service through the appointment link

Kowloon and the New Territories: all rural areas, Ma Wan, Sha Tau Kok, Lung Kwu Tan, Ta Kwu Ling, Lok Ma Chau and Clear Water Bay Peninsula
The following remote areas are not eligible for delivery:
Outlying Islands District, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Tai Mo Shan, Fei Ngo Hill, Kwun Yam Hill, Discovery Bay and the airport
